Have you been to our Open Gym sessions on Saturdays? We’ve had a few already but think there may be value in doing them consistently. We’d like to see if having Open Gym every Saturday is a valuable add on for our members. So, we are going to have Open Gym every Saturday in August! (We are also still having it on the last Saturday of July – so lots of chances to pop in!)
Open Gym’s a bonus training time, to say thank you to all our clients, and to provide an opportunity for you (and any 2-legged, over 18 year old friends and family) to drop in and do some exercise. Our trainers always recommend that you train 3-4 days a week. With Saturday Open Gym and at least 2 sessions of 1-on-1 personal training, you can hit that goal! If our clients find Open Gym valuable, we may extend the Pilot to September, stay tuned.
A coach will be present for safety but this is free, unstructured time to work out on your own, practice your favorite moves or work on a homework from your Trainerize app. Solidify your monthly gains and be ready for a great InBody reading!
While this is not a coached session, if you would like a workout, we will have one for written out on the whiteboard if you’d like a plan or an inspiration. We will also use these 3 Saturday morning hours to reschedule sessions, if you would like to make up a workout and weekday times aren’t possible.
Our team is really excited to expand our offering and bring this completely free benefit to our members during the entire month of August! Come join Open Gym every Saturday 9 am to noon in August of 2024. Those who have made it have loved it!
Update: The Pilot Open Gym has wrapped up and at this time we are not renewing it. However, stay tuned! It may return.
