This is a thank you and an open gym time for all of our current members (and any 2-legged, over 18 friends and family) who want to drop in and do some weightlifting to kick off their weekend! Come hit some weights, bring a workout buddy, and get a sweaty head start to your weekend with us!
This is an uncoached time for you to work out on your own, practice some drills or work on a homework from your Trainerize app! And it falls on the last Saturday of the month. So, right before our monthly InBody readings. If you want to solidify your monthly gains, this is your chance! While this is not a coached session, if you would like a workout, we will have a workout for you written out on the whiteboard if you’d like a plan or an inspiration.
