By the end of your first week, we lay the groundwork for your journey. You’ll have your first InBody reading that will become the baseline for your goals and milestones. These will not only be outlined for you, but become ingrained into our strategy. Our expert team stands ready, equipped with a personalized plan that can change depending on your physical needs.
By the end of week two, you’ll be in sync with your coaches, understanding our unique training program. You’ll become familiar with our private, state-of-the-art fitness studio and the tools we use to track your progress.
After a month, you’ll have completed your second InBody reading, offering insights into the tangible changes in your body. You will be comfortable and confident using our equipment, setting the stage for more challenging workouts.
As you step into the second month, the fundamentals of strength training – push, pull, hinge, squat, carry, and single-leg work – will become your second nature. Expect to see a noticeable increase in skeletal muscle mass and a reduction in body fat percentage. Your transformation is in full swing.
