With just 55 clients at one time, we ensure you get the personalized care you deserve to make LASTING change.
Whether you’ve finished physical therapy and aren’t sure what’s next, or you’re ready to finally address those aches that keep you from enjoying life to the fullest, our approach bridges the gap. We meet you where you are, then design exercises that make sense for your body, so you can walk longer, lift with confidence, and move without fear of injury.

What to Expect
as a Client.
When you start training with us, here’s how your experience unfolds:

A complimentary 30-minute conversation to identify your goals, pain points, and lay out expectations. You’ll also get to take a tour of our gym and get a deeper insight into the way our memberships work.


A two-part evaluation by two trainers that pinpoints your strengths, limitations, and physical needs.
Part One: One coach will spend a full session working with you to establish your current body composition (fat vs. muscle), mobility, and familiarity with fundamental movements.
Part Two: The second session is led by a different coach to establish your current strength and endurance.
Our two-coach approach means you get to work with a team of two experts, each having unique experience and perspectives. This gives us a 360-degree view of your fitness that we can use to design a goal-oriented training program tailored to you. This assessment isn’t just a formality; think of it as the roadmap for your personal training journey: honest, realistic, and designed to deliver results over time.


Goals are often multifaceted (for example: stop experiencing back pain while also losing body fat), so you’re assigned two trainers who collaborate on your plan, giving you multiple perspectives and more flexibility with scheduling.


Our personalized, private training includes two to four sessions per week, each a full clinical hour. We’ve found that one-off training doesn’t deliver results, so memberships are designed to accomplish your goals and ensure progress.


Programs are designed for lasting results. Most clients train with us for six months or longer because that’s when the transformation truly takes hold. For select long-term members, we also offer an annual option that rewards loyalty.


Our partnership doesn’t begin and end at the gym. We foster long-term relationships with our clients to support them in every facet of their fitness journey. We track milestones and check in on your progress. We also offer nutrition consults, educational seminars, provider referrals, and community-building events.
