6 Month Guarantee Terms & Conditions

The guarantee must be activated at the start of training and is not retroactive. The client and The Athleticus team must agree that the guarantee is in effect. That agreement constitutes Day 1, and can be requested at any time.

For goals, we will work with the client to find an ambitious but achievable fat loss goal, muscle gain goal and functional goal (10 push ups). These goals must be set up and agreed upon at the start to kick off the 6 month training period. 

Guarantee is only available to people who train 3 or more times per week for at least 6 concurrent months at The Athleticus. Missing more than 9 training sessions in 6 months voids the guarantee.

If after 6 months of training you have not reached your goal we will create and execute an intensive and accelerated training program for free, up to 90 days or until you meet your goal but you must also have skin in the game. So, to activate and use the guarantee you must:

  • Train at the gym 4x per week
  • Complete 1 homework per week (send pic)
  • Keep a sleep diary
  • Follow our nutrition program
    • send us pics of your meals
    • keep track of macros in our app
  • Failure to comply with these requirements ends the guarantee. So for example, if you only come to workout 2x in the first free week, we will not continue training you for free in week 2, with no exceptions for travel, illness, etc. If you do not send us your food macros daily, same. etc.
