Our Couples Training Program is designed to help pairs of all types, whether romantic partners, siblings, coworkers or friends, push each other to achieve their fitness goals while also fostering a deeper connection and sense of teamwork. Amy who’s been training with her husband Dave thought it’s be a great way to spend time together. “And I wouldn’t go to a gym on my own!” – (that’s a quote from Dave.)
We offer two types of Couples Training – doing the same workout scaled to each of your abilities, or doing two completely different workouts at the same time. Both provide you with a dedicated trainer who focuses on each partner and provides safety, guidance and a personalized workout plan to get to your goals. For pairs with similar goals, such as weight loss, cardio health or bonding through fitness, scaling one workout is a fantastic way to get fit together and stay motivated. But pairs with very different goals (aspiring bodybuilder and an elderly parent, for example) can work out together too. They will get a professional to guide them on their unique goals and fitness journey while supporting (and being supported by) each other. Our dedicated trainers would love to meet with you and your workout buddy to help you decide which type of couples’ training would be most beneficial to you.
