In our world today it’s a little different. The Weider mag? It’s transformed into an endless scroll of Insta-fitness gurus and the Jack LaLanne show is now YouTube bodybuilding vlogs. You’re no longer flipping pages; you’re swiping down on workout selfies and before-and-after shots, trying to craft that iron-clad physique in a digital forge.

It’s true that the ubiquity of videos, online courses, fitness programs, and blogs has made access to workout routines and diet plans more accessible than ever. Yet, these resources have their drawbacks.
