Semi-Personal Small Group Training
Are you looking for a tailored personal training program that's budget-friendly and fun? Our max 5 group training combines a highly personalized approach with the support and camaraderie of teamwork!
This unique program utilizes our Coaches’ expertise in fat loss, orthopedics, strength, muscle gain, mobility and sports performance and brings it to you in a team setting. You will have the benefit of a coach who will lead, motivate, drive and correct while also having a small (max 4 other members) team to cheer you on and provide accountability. Teams are proven to raise the performance of each individual and we want to bring the benefit of that dynamic to you.
Get lean and strong as a team
While everyone’s unique, there are fundamentals that are universal. Our program builds each member’s individual program based on their specific needs, goals, strengths and limitations. Each session focuses on a basic goal – building glutes while burning fat, as an example – and is adjusted by the Coach for each team member’s optimal performance.
The group is unique and yours!
Because the groups are small and intimate, you will get to know your teammates well, and so will your Coaches. As the group progresses, the program will change to reflect your goals, progress, accomplishments and needs as a group. Some groups may find that they love games, others prefer static hold exercises for time. As the group evolves, so will your training. It will never be boring!
